1. Please note that only users who have successfully KYC-ed will be eligible for any rewards on UR.
2. Three-month Pro membership for new users will kick off on the day they sign up on UR and pass KYC during the period of Oct. 7, 2025, 8AM UTC to Jan. 6, 2026, 8AM UTC. Users' Pro memberships will not be automatically extended at the end of the complimentary membership offering period; they will revert back to the Basic tier unless they manually sign up to extend their Pro membership.
3. Any form of fraud, misuse or cheating (including fake referrals or suspicious activity) will result in disqualification and the forfeiture of all rewards. UR maintains full discretion in determining eligible transactions, fraud risk and other adjustments.
